What is Built-to-Suit?
Built-to-Suit is a partnership model in which the developer builds a commercial space for one specific occupier – precisely according to how that business operates and what it needs. You commit to a long-term lease; we invest, build and hand over the finished building.
The difference from conventional development: the space is not built to “suit everyone” and only then put on the market. The space is created for your business. The difference from building it yourself: you do not tie up capital in constructing a building, but pay a monthly rent and focus on your core activity.
